Q. What do I need to achieve the Strawllers curls?
A. A Hood or Soft Bonnet Dryer. Strawllers offer a line of products (shampoos, conditioners, setting Lotion, gels and shine spray) that will enhance the finished look.

How many packages of Strawllers do I need to purchase?
A. It depends on the length of hair and the curl size desired.
        3 to 4 packs is average

Q.
Can Strawllers be used on lace fronts or hair weaves?
A. Yes, Strawllers will allow you the flexibility to curl your
        straight Lace Fronts or Weaves.

How will my package be shipped?

A. Our shipping carriers are United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, nor do they deliver to PO Boxes. International shipping available, rates will vary depending on destination.

How long will it take to get my package?
A. Average delivery time for domestic shipping (within USA) is 3 – 7 days. International orders vary based on destination. Express delivery available at an additional cost.

After I place my order, how soon will it be shipped out?
A. Orders placed before 1pm CST M-F will go out the same day. Orders placed after 1pm CST M-F will go out the next business day. (Delivery is NOT offered on Saturday. This includes overnight delivery.)

I'd like to check the status of my order. How do I do it?
A. If you'd like to check the status of your order, please use the tracking # included in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

I missed my package delivery. Will they come back?
A. When USPS and UPS attempt to deliver a package they normally will leave a notice. If your package is returned to Strawllers, You can request STRAWLLERS to reship your package, but there may be an additional shipping fee. It is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate deliverable address.

I have not received my package yet, what should I do?
A. If you did not receive your package within 2 weeks please call us toll free at 1-877-499-4969 so we can do a search with USPS or UPS to track your order.

Q.
I received an incorrect item in my package. What should I do?
A. You should e-mail your claim within 5 days from the date you received your package. As long as the items are unopened and unused it would be our pleasure to assist you however we can.

Q.
What is your return policy?
A. Please be aware that all sales are final, but we will exchange any item within 30 days of its purchase. Sorry no refunds. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item your claim must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your order.
